Please pay attention to towels, at least when guests have checked in, they are already provided. This is my second time staying here, the problem is that the towels are not ready when I have checked in. Strategic location in the city center, close to Cihampelas

I stayed at this hotel four or five years ago. It looked luxurious, but it seems like it's not as good as it used to be, making it look like an old hotel. The room was comfortable, but the bedcovers were no longer white, more faded. The bathroom smelled awful upon entering, but the staff cleaned it immediately. The TV was dull, not digital. I also forgot my deposit when returning the key, but I wasn't reminded immediately. I finally remembered it after leaving the hotel, and I lost 50,000 Rupiah. I never got it back.

Found 3 cockroaches in the hotel room, the blanket was really worn out, but overall it was clean and comfortable.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are nice and clean and it is also close to the mall and shops for shopping in Cihampelas.

Check-in and checkout were fine. The room was quite nice, especially considering the location, which is across from Ciwalk in the city center. There were only a few things that needed to be improved regarding cleanliness: the basement was full of dust and trash, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The sheets were wrinkled, especially the blanket, which was wrinkled and full of holes. Otherwise, it was fine.

Staying here is very pleasant, close to the mall, souvenir shops, and most importantly the room is clean, everything is really good, you won't regret staying here.

The hotel is comfortable in the middle of the city. I got a spacious room even though I booked a standard room and the bathroom had a bathtub. The only downside was the wifi.

The hotel is strategically located near Ciwalk and Bandung Station. I got a room on the 6th floor, room 906. The AC was cold and the hot water worked well. The room was clean, but the door and window needed repair. The WiFi was unstable and the TV signal was bad. The breakfast was not very varied, but it was understandable because the hotel price was cheap. The most important thing was the room facilities, such as AC and hot water, and the room was clean.

This is my second stay here. The place is quite clean, the room is quite spacious. The staff is plentiful and friendly. The TV, AC, and hot shower all work well. Mineral water, slippers, towels, and toiletries are provided. I stayed for 2 nights and 3 nights. The room was cleaned and the towels replaced with fresh ones, although it took a while. They said the laundry wasn't delivered yet. The 250,000 Rupiah includes breakfast. The menu includes a variety of bread, chicken porridge, fruit/pudding, cereal, tea/coffee, and a buffet, although the taste was mediocre. Thankfully, it was enough to tide me over until lunch. Although it's on a busy road, the noise doesn't reach the room. The building is old, but the elevator still operates well. The parking lot is small and limited. It's busy on weekends. It's especially close to Ciwalk and Terrace Cihampelas, a center for souvenirs, culinary delights, and snacks, even a 24-hour Indomart, just a short walk away. Keep it up! If you're in Cihampelas, you'll stay here again, God willing.

The staff is friendly, the room is okay, but I think the sheets are a bit dirty. The location is good, with lots of shops nearby. It's easy to find food, right next to Indomaret and in front of the mall. If you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel in Bandung, this is definitely worth choosing.
