I booked a 1-bedroom unit for just one night, but the owner surprised me with a free upgrade to a spacious and luxurious 2-bedroom apartment. The kindness and hospitality were truly beyond expectations. The unit was extremely clean, beautifully designed, and had an amazing view of Kuala Lumpur. Every stay here feels comfortable, safe, and premium. Whenever I visit KL, this is always my first choice. The service, location, and overall experience are unmatched. The owner is very generous and attentive, and I genuinely appreciate how well they take care of guests. InshaAllah, one day I hope I can afford to own a condo in this beautiful building. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home but with a luxury hotel vibe, I highly recommend staying here. You won’t regret it!

For the check in process, you need to contact the number that provided in this app (available in WhatsApp). You can also ask them if you can do the early check in (Just like what I did). I arrived at 13 pm and asked for the early check in (time for check in at 15pm) After waiting for about 30minutes, the room is ready and I can immediately check in.

I had a great experience staying in this hotel. Everything was great, except you need to avoid checking out at 12pm as the lifts were all occupied at that time. I had to wait for quite long as other guests also getting out at the same time and the lifts were not able to accommodate it well.

The staff was friendly and helpful when we needed information about everything. Great location and near KLCC, very good neighborhood.

Next time I go to KL, I will probably come here again.

We were misguided by the title, thinking it is located near to Bukit Bintang, while it is 2km away. The apartment unit is owned by personal, and it requires you to contact the person when you arrive (they will not check on you). While it has private lift, spacious room, they were not flexible at all on the check-out time and will charge you for extra check out time. They also charge you if you would like to leave your luggage and come back.

Value for money, enjoyable stay, room is really spacious (a bit old but clean), all utensils are provided. the only thing is that you need to ask to replenish the toiletries, toilet paper, detergent for laundry, clean the room, change towel etc. otherwise they will not. Also, there is no reception desk at the lobby, you will need to text or call them when checking in/out. Everything else is superb!

Service was great as the staff was very helpful. Downside is that the lift service is rather longful as there is only 4 lift to service 51 floors.

The hotel staff is friendly, clean, close to everywhere, especially walking distance to KLCC.

Friendly staff, detailed explanations, and yesterday's experience was excellent. Centrally located with great city views. Close to the Twin Towers, Bukit Bintang, and Pavilion.
