The hotel is part of the B2 (Budget & Boutique) chain of hotels, a well-established brand in Thailand. The hotel is acceptable for the price but lack basic amenities that other hotels in the same chain or price range provide. The hotel has no lift and is not suitable for those with heavy luggages. The room has no electric kettle/hair dryer and housekeeping is only performed upon request. The location of power points are awkward and require extension cable for charging anything placed on the table. However, staff members should be commended for being very helpful and responsive and will assist in carrying the luggages, providing hot water and lending extension cable upon request.

The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

There is no elevator. The toilet is broken. You have to open the toilet lid to flush. The bathroom is very narrow, dirty, and old.

The room is not clean. There are small cockroaches, there is dust, the bathroom is old and not clean. The molding holder isn't tight and seems to fall off. There's a spider on the bathroom ceiling that's leaking. The balcony is old and not very clean.

The air conditioning in the room cannot be adjusted, the floor is damaged, the bathroom water is very light. The room doesn't keep sound at all. The staff speaks well. But they seem very serious about checking out at the outlet. They repeatedly informed when calling that there will be an additional fee for checking out at the outlet. which we checked out at 11.19 :)

Reasonable price hotel, clean, friendly staff!

Good, but late at night, drunk people walk up to the building and it makes a lot of noise. The bathroom is a little old but clean.

The room is ok, suitable for the price. But the employees looked confused and acted slowly. There was not enough parking. There was no elevator.
