It said it was a non-smoking room, but the smell of cigarettes was very strong.

It took almost 90 minutes for the receptionist to confirm that the Traveloka voucher could be used. The room had no ventilation. The AC only blew air. It was very hot and stuffy. When I checked out, the front desk was empty. My complaint was handled by a security guard who nodded off, feeling sleepy.

The staff is very good, the breakfast is delicious, the room is comfortable, I will check in again next week.

Near the airport, delivered to the airport, breakfast can be packed even if the flight is at 5 am 👍

The toilet looks like it hasn't been cleaned because it smells of pee and the bedroom smells of cigarettes and when we went to the dining room there was no staff in the room, we waited for 5 minutes and the staff came. The staff are friendly but unfortunately they are not on standby in the dining area.

Always stay at this hotel for a transit before an early morning flight. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

The location of the hotel is very strategic and close to the airport, the condition of the hotel is very clean, only in the bathroom, the floor still has white spots, it should be able to be removed, everything else is very good
