The hotel has a nice view, the breakfast food is not very delicious but there is a lot to choose from. The meals that can be eaten at the restaurant are also quite delicious and reasonable.

Come to this hotel because there is a heated pool. This time I came down to take a terrible cold shower. Down to the reception 3 times to make the water warmer, the 3rd time will be solved. The receptionist called the pool staff to tell the cold water that guests could not bathe, so he said that the water was cold but not cold 😂. Think bored I hope the hotel director will read this. Last year I went to Sapa 3 times. 2 times in Charm. But I will never come back again.
