Hello... This is a very comfortable place to stay with family. However, the rooms don't have air conditioning and the facilities are too outdated. Cleanliness is okay. I recommend choosing a room with a balcony.

When I go to Batu, I like staying here the most. It's quiet, right in front of BNS, close to a minimarket, and also close to the mosque. You can share a family room with your whole family. The only thing that's boring is the breakfast menu that never changes.

There were cockroaches in the room, 2 big ones. Luckily I'm not the type with a phobia of cockroaches. The room was okay, the service was good, the towels were too shabby.

The room was a bit stuffy plus there was no fan. If you needed hot water you had to go out of the room quite far (in the hallway). The intention was to stay overnight, after arriving for only about 1 hour I immediately checked out.
