Friendly and enthusiastic staff, luxurious and comfortable hotel space

The room was excellent, big one and the view was magnificent!! The lobby very spacious and the staff very welcoming. Although the hotel position in front of graveyard, but my room was in different side and facing the hills, which the view was great. Its 15min walk from center of Sapa (sunworld station) and we usually walked from center to hotel. the location very tranquil and you can sleep very well here. love staying here

Booking on Traveloka does not specify what view. When you check in, you will immediately see the cemetery. In front are friendly neighbors who are never noisy (cemetery view). The staff has an unenthusiastic attitude. The breakfast food is also not good. This is my worst hotel experience. Everyone should avoid spending their entire vacation going to the cemetery.

The hotel staff is friendly, there is a free shuttle bus service, but the distance from the hotel to Sapa city is very far if you walk & uphill, but the hotel facilities are very complete & the best.

It was a nice experience stayed here. Staffs were friendly and allowed me to take a shower before check in - put the luggage. And also when check - out also, they allowed me to take a shower at night before leaving Sapa. The food also good with many variations. The view also amazing

Ngoài phòng rộng ra thì mình thấy rất tệ khi với giá 2triêu6 1 đêm view phòng mình nhìn ra khu vực bãi tha ma trên núi. Và không có ăn sáng luôn. Phụ thu thêm bé nhà mình 10 tuổi không có thêm đồ dùng phục vụ
