multiple issues during our stay, all related to the non existent maintenance. the hotel is in very bad shape. the staff was very friendly and accommodating us for the issues that we faced, but we had to change rooms and the staff friendliness and support cannot compensate for the lack of proper maintenance.

for the place and location is quite strategic, but for the cleanliness of the room maybe it can be improved a little bit I stayed even though last night I felt dissatisfied because in my room there were 2 small cockroaches passing by, and the condition of the toilet (wc) was very yellow as well as the towels which were very shabby, and in the bathroom there was no toothbrush provided, the sheets had lots of stains.. but for the rest it was okay for that price

The hotel is good but the cleanliness is a bit lacking, it seems like the sheets are not changed after guests check out because there is sand and hair, the bathroom is also a bit smelly, but because it is in the city center, it is close to everything, that's the only advantage

The staff are friendly, the hotel is comfortable, not noisy, the hotel is good, it's just that it's not well maintained so the room colors are a bit dull, I just like that the hotel is in the city center, if you want to go to the supermarket, you can just walk, if you want to look for food, everything is in the area of this hotel.

Was given room 510 upon check in. After unpacking all the luggage, it turned out the shower was problematic. Finally moved to 810. Really annoyed because if the hotel was honest about the room's problems, why was it given to the guest. The towels were torn, brownish in color like the sheets. The toilet spray hook bolt was loose. Limescale in the bathroom and rusty. The pillows also smelled damp.

I'd like to ask for more attention to the sheets, as I happened to get some with stains that are likely irreversible. But overall, I'm very happy with everything.

The place is clean, the toilet is also clean, the room is also clean. When I first came in, the AC was leaking and I was immediately asked to change rooms. The CS service was super responsive and great.

Oh my god...a strategic area but the room is like in an oven...hot AC doesn't work well..very dirty used sheets. Sorry, it's a shame that the strategic hotel is in the middle of the city but the room facilities are so bad. Cockroaches everywhere. Hopefully the management will improve it even better

Friendly staff, strategic location in front of Lotte Mall, just cross the street.

The location is okay. But don't expect a lot of facilities. Even asking for a glass requires searching. The shower water is less than satisfactory.

The AC wasn't cold, it was hot, like it was broken. It was on the 8th floor and it was really hot. There was a parking fee, haha, 3,000 for the first time, then another 1,000 for the next hour. The mattress had stains, it smelled and was stuffy.

The room doesn't match the photo, I booked a deluxe room because it looked good in the photo, but in reality the room was dirty and cramped, the walls were shabby, I had to pay for overnight parking because I still had to pay for the stay.

Booking on traveloka already said deposit "0" when arriving at the hotel they still asked for a deposit. The AC leaked water everywhere in the room. The room phone didn't work, and when we were there there was a water problem. Maybe it was just that time. Good location, bad service.

i dont know why they remove the toilet bidet . but in the main pic there they had ir, on nite time the water flow is very slow and with the bidet can u imagine.? not everyone will use the tissue, otherwise im ok because its cheap
