The hotel is beautiful, very homey, with a classic American feel with a hint of tropical Balinese flair. Lots of wooden furniture and ornaments, plenty of dining tables, sofas for relaxing outside the room, and a TV for relaxing like at home or in a family villa. Highly recommended for a relaxing family vacation, as the neighborhood is in a residential area, making it suitable for introverts who don't like crowds.

A quiet and comfortable place to stay in a complex area, with friendly service. The place is very comfortable and clean, with everything worthy of a hotel. I stayed for two days and it was very comfortable. Amenities are available and replaced daily. Thank you, B21 Azana Hotel.

Wifi low signal, difficult position of my room at the front. Several times the water was dirty, lots of black sand. Waited 15 minutes there was still some sand left, although not much, but it made me worry about taking a shower. Even though previously this hotel was my favorite when on business in Malang.

Overall for the location, cleanliness, room service is very good, only for breakfast must be improved. From 3 nights we stayed there, there was 1 day we had to ask first for breakfast (after Eid prayer), not automatically provided.
Prepare for breakfast also took too long, finally we decided to look for breakfast outside the hotel. That's all the input during our stay there. Thank you to the friendly hotel staff.

Check in, the water was black like gutter water. The next morning the water was off. Couldn't take a shower to wash my face, the receptionist gave me mineral water. Luckily I didn't have any important events. If you want to fix the water pipe, think first about how the guests will take a shower. If I had an important event, how could I not take a shower.
