Even though many new hotels have sprung up, Mesra, which is one of the old hotels, provides services and facilities that are more or less the same as new hotels, and most importantly, it is pocket-friendly.

It was a great stay here. It's a friendly hotel... everything was great, from the service to the facilities.

The breakfast variety is very good, it's a shame the room conditions are not very clean.

I like to sit in the back because the balcony is great for storytelling. The food is plentiful, the staff is friendly, and asking for extra tissues or coffee is always a good idea. It's simply the best.

The atmosphere is comfortable and serene. The staff are friendly, and the cleanliness is decent, although a little lacking, but it's fine for me.

For room 206, the telephone in the room and bathroom both couldn't be used, the second night there were mosquitoes but fortunately the hotel staff was quick in handling our complaints, we wanted to move rooms on the second day but it was still on the lower floor so we canceled, hopefully it will be better in the future, thank you

The hotel staff are always friendly, I've stayed here many times, but because I checked in late, I got a room that didn't match what I requested via Traveloka. I was a bit disappointed because this was the first time I've experienced something like this. Hopefully, things will get better in the future, thanks.
