The receiptionist seem always not receiving the booking from Traveloka (just an excuse) and make you wait 30 mins before finally find the booking email 🤣 happened 2 days cause I book seperate

Nice hotel overall, not to spacey but it's ok I guess. Clean and comfy room, the only lack is the AC indoor unit position over our bed isn't good. The hotel location is good also (walking distance to Ekkamai BTS station and 7 eleven, also the Gateway Ekkamai mall). Good choice for budget hotel in Sukhumvit.

The room is very very small , I hardly can open my door because the bed blocking me to open door. Early morning already starting to knocking door for cleaning seem like chasing the customer to check out quickly. The only good thing is location near to BTS other thing is nothing to mention about if you pay the same price you can get much more spacious and better services hotel in Onnut, Bangsak.

For rooms okay, clean and tidy. The location is pretty close to Ekamai station, there is no extra bed available, but for very, very, very unsatisfactory service. The front office and staff are very rude and very unfriendly in speaking. Make it uncomfortable. Even when we say hello they just frown, it's very annoying.
