The hotel staff was friendly and the hotel was very comfortable. The bedrooms were clean, the air conditioning was cool, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms and toilets were clean and all functioning well.

The place is great, and the staff is very friendly. I would suggest that the communal lounge area be given some attention. There's water seepage when it rains and dust on the floor (since we're barefoot in the accommodation area). Other than that, this accommodation is okay and reasonably priced. The hotel staff was quite friendly and kind. The bathrooms could be kept clean and the broken door could be repaired. The room I stayed in had a leak, but it could probably be fixed quickly.

friendly staff. only the bathroom cleanliness is lacking. slippery floor. then the door is sometimes broken. I once opened it to take a shower ee turned out there was someone inside. poor luck there, there, women. finally my husband waited outside to take a shower because the door couldn't be locked... that night I went into the toilet and closed it. ee locked.. I couldn't open it. my husband opened it with a metal rod.

The location is a bit tucked away in an alley, but it's okay. The accommodation is clean. The dorm rooms are clean. The restrooms are generally clean, although there's only one. The Wi-Fi is okay. Beware, though, that the receptionist is sometimes on break/unavailable.

the staff is friendly, very helpful, the capsule room size is spacious and nice, the AC is cold, there is a motorbike parking lot, the lounge is nice and aesthetic, maybe when there is an event in Jember it will be crowded but when I came to the second floor it was quiet but I felt like I was at home, if you want to stay in a cheap capsule hotel with decent facilities, here is highly recommended, guys, it's close to everywhere and the campus area too if you want to find food just go to the front of the highway, try it, it will definitely be fun to stay here especially if you are with friends👍😎😎💯👍

The location is very strategic, the environment around the inn is quiet. There are no additional costs. The staff is friendly.

The room is quite clean, the bathroom is clean, close to the UNEJ campus, close to Indomart and there are many sellers around the inn, the staff are friendly, but you can't eat at the price I ordered, recommended for transit.

Good and cheap hostel, strategic because it is near the business center of Jalan Kalimantan. Please provide your own toiletries because only towels are provided. The toilet on the 3rd floor is also dark because the lights are out. Overall the service is friendly. Only. Suggestion for those on night duty on October 16th please. Knock on the door first and say excuse me before. Enter. Even though it is a bunk bed, 1 room only has 4 beds and I happened to get a single one. I was surprised when someone suddenly came in and opened the door while bringing a new guest even though it was almost midnight. That's all. Thank you.
