The hotel is nice and great location. However, the service from the F.O is under that make my friends and me waiting and starve for 1.5 hours to wait for rent cars came. The air condition does not work very well even set at 16 degree with high fan. TV not working (no signal), shower room is very bad smell. However, view is nice (ocean view room). But the nigh is very noisy because loud music of the lounge on the beach even I stay at the level 8.
