Worth it and good… for a comfortable family

This was my first time here, and the hotel is kid-friendly. The room was large, but mine was a bit leaky, so maybe they could fix that. The breakfast was pretty good. 😊

The hotel is great, the rooms are very spacious, and the twin beds are large, comfortable, and clean. However, the breakfast variety is limited, and the food tastes mediocre (perhaps needs improvement).

Hotel staff... Friendly... Strategic location

The hotel was actually pleasant, but there were a few things to consider, such as: 1. The cleanliness of the room, especially the bed; there was a blood stain on the bedcover. 2. The electricity in the room kept going on and off, which was very uncomfortable, especially if you're bringing children. The technician told us it was probably due to a misplaced room card, but after replacing it, it was fine. 3. The swimming pool was quite dirty, and there was no shower area in the pool area; only a toilet. So we had to go to our room to shower, which made the hotel floor muddy and slippery. Although there were housekeeping staff constantly mopping, I found this inefficient. There was also a children's slide in the pool area, which I found dangerous because the edge of the slide was high and there was no cushioning other than synthetic grass underneath. As a result, my child's knee bled, and another fell off sitting on it. 4. The restaurant closes at 9, so if you're hungry late at night, you have to order online. 5. The Wi-Fi doesn't work. 6. There's no smart TV, so you only get local channels with a sub-HD picture. For hotel service, it is quite good, friendly and responsive, parking is safe.

Ample parking, simple and fast check-in and check-out. The rooms are spacious, but the TVs are small. There was a problem with the remote control, but it was quickly resolved. Breakfast menu variety needs to be improved.

Saya booking disini karena liat reviewnya bagus.. akhirnya saya memutuskan buat booking kamarnya, karena ada urusan mendadak, saya pesan kamar non smoking.. tapi setelah dapat kamarnya di lantai 5 agak kaget ya di wc nya bau parah banget rokoknya.. dan temboknya pada lembab.. setelah suami saya komplain disuruh cek kamarnya yang lain mau yang mana akhirnya dapat di lantai 2 yang lembabnya mendingan dan gak gt bau rokok, cuman besok paginya tetep aja sama aja tiba2 ada bau rokok yang niatnya mau check out siang.. pagi2 saya langsung check out aja.. cuman gak abis pikir kamarnya masih banyak dengan tipe yang sama kaya saya kok dikasihnya yang lantai 5.. kalau bawa anak gak rekomend kesini karena bau rokoknya.. untuk pelayanan staff nya ramah dan gerak cepat disaat kita komplain.. cuman kalau untuk kualitas kamar gak deh..

The service was okay, with additional towels costing 10,000 Rupiah per item. The food was very unvaried and tended to be quiet. The side dishes were limited, it seemed, because the staff was in charge, and there was only one type. For an additional meal costing 100,000 Rupiah per person, I found it quite disappointing.

I’m very satisfied with my stay here! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the food was tasty. Great service overall... Would love to stay here again for a relaxing trip! 😊
