The hotel is good. The bed is suitable for 3 people. The room is comfortable, but the AC wind sometimes hits your head. There is no refrigerator and tea/coffee, but you can cook hot water. The bathroom is clean. But the toiletries were incomplete, there was no shower cap and tissue. But the second day I got tissue. Soap and shampoo are in containers. The distance to the Regency Hospital is quite far if you walk, but if you want to take Grab, the distance is quite according to the Grab rate. Overall nice and comfortable. Thanks.

The rooms are very clean and spacious, the employees are friendly, and in the surrounding hotel area it 's easy to find food, but the position of the air condition installation is very non-standard, the position is directly facing the bed, so you wake up with a cold and a headache 😩.

No window,padahal booking superior deluxe room

Our room's water heater was not working well. I was called 3 times the front desk come to check the water heater. Then they don't come to fix it. Just leave it. My mum was not feeling well then go to the nearby hospital but the hotel not provide us hot water. This is ridiculous.

I have a pleasant stay here. The room is simple , clean and I like it. The decoration are unique. I have a very good rest. Even though there is no breakfast provided, they did have a 24 hr coffee/milk tea machine for us to enjoy. The location is very well situated therefore its convenient to find food and buy things. The staff are so friendly and polite. I would recommend this place.

a nice place to stay if you are really tired and don't care about noise coming from Uptown Pasir Gudang (Karaoke) until late night located in front of the hotel.

The hotel is really good, quiet, very close from the hospital, nearby to where to eat, the facilities are also good. I asked for a freezer to put directly in their hands, so this is suitable for families. What's more specifically for mothers who are breastfeeding.

The hotel is new and clean. The family room is very spacious and very comfortable. Location is good because there are so many shops nearby including restaurants and laundry. However, there is a night market with open karaoke and loud music from a night club nearby. The hotel is great but the noises from the market and night club were disturbing since it lasted until around 4 am to 5 am.
