The hotel is unique, with vintage decor, and I really like the spiral staircase. The rooms are also nice, clean, tidy, and come with bathrobes. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hot Americano is great, and the kaledo is top-notch, similar to the one in Palu.

I've stayed here several times because it's quite comfortable for a couple's staycation. The aesthetics and cleanliness of the entire hotel are well-maintained. However, it's not family-friendly because during events on the rooftop, it's noisy until late at night, there's no concierge, and the breakfast menu is very limited.

Paid 50k for “valet” because the hotel has super limited parking with fewer than 10 spots. The electric plug placement is weird because you cannot use a hairdryer or straightener near the vanity mirror since the outlet is for shavers only. They do provide a hairdryer but you have to request it from the front office, and the quality is honestly unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. The lighting is also terrible for women who want to do their makeup. I also had to pay a 300k deposit for the in room minibar in case I ate anything. The alternative was to leave my ID at the front office, which is honestly absurd. Why would a hotel ask guests to put down their ID. The bathrobe is cute but basically useless because it looks more like a kimono with an extremely low neckline. Overall, it is a hotel that completely ignores basic human needs and behavior in favor of aesthetics. I regret staying here.

For mezzanine rooms, you can find them on the top floor, right below the bar. It gets really noisy when the bar starts playing music.

I stayed at Monopoli during their renovation period, so some areas were affected. My room was also not as spacious as I had hoped. Hopefully, things will improve once the renovation is completed.

The location is quite strategic, the rooms are clean, and amenities are complete. Some suggestions: - It would be a good idea to inform guests at check-in that they are not allowed to wear hotel slippers to the restaurant, as the floor is slippery. - If the restaurant is undergoing renovations and offers an a la carte breakfast, it would be a good idea to inform them and offer the option of having it served to their room. - The water in the shower wasn't very warm.

Check-in time was 2:00 on the app. I requested 1:00 (I was aware of availability), but was held up until 3:30 and couldn't check in. The reason was that the bathroom floor wasn't dry yet (?)

It turned out there were renovations going on, which made a lot of noise, and I had a baby with me. This was also the first time I'd found a hotel that didn't offer fruit for breakfast. Plus, a 4-star hotel wouldn't have such a limited breakfast menu. I think it's worth it for the price, but the facilities are lacking.

The semi-finished industrial design combined with an old-style style is like stepping back in time to stay at Grandma's house. Everything is fine, except for the lack of soundproofing from outside. The hotel staff could be more welcoming, and the security guard was very helpful during check-in and checkout.
