I stayed at this hotel for 4 days 3 nights, the downside is don't forget to provide information that the room needs to be cleaned every day, because they won't clean it if you forget to do it, but the location is very good, close to everywhere, as soon as you leave the hotel you go straight to the night market, the hotel staff are very friendly and responsive. the room is quite small, but it is quite new and clean, from the room it is also quite quiet, no sound from the night market can be heard. overall I am very satisfied staying here.

Comfortable room. New equipment. Close to eateries and stylish markets. Nice / close to buy souvenirs. Just open the hotel door and there is a market (Saturday & Sunday)

Very nice, understanding, and very helpful staff. Wonderful hotel. Got iron, and hair dryer as well. It fulfilled basic necessities, and clean hotel also.

Citi Center Hotel, easy to check in without deposit. The staffs are very helpful.

One of my favorite place to stay. Calm, clean, and not noisy at all… Worth your money, especially when you stay during the weekend. Pasar malam and Sunday tamu just outside your hotel 👍.

Everything is ok, it's easy to find food, just go down to street style. The only problem is the parking has to be moved because of Gaya Street's weekend sales place.

So next time if you go to Sabah, definitely go to Hotel Gaia 95.

Perfect location and good choice for solo traveler! I had a pleasant stay here and if I ever come back to Kota Kinabalu I’ll stay here again. The staffs are very friendly as well, no breakfast provided but the hotel is surrounded by restaurants so no need to worry.

The Sunday market and weekend night market is right at the door step. Lots of restaurant around to suit everyone. Jesselton jetty is less than 10mins walking from hotel. Staffs were very friendly and accommodative. Would definitely recommend this hotel for single or couple stay but not family of 3 as the room is small although I must add that it is modern and nicely decorated. Bathroom is small but shower area is large and comfortable. No minibar in room although the app mentions otherwise.

The hotel is very clean, the location is in the middle of the city, if there is a lot of live music at night, it's a bit disturbed because if I sleep it should be quiet 😁. Wifi is less reliable maybe because the hotel is full. Good hotel design.
