M đặt thành công trên traveloka các thứ, tới giờ checkin tới thì homestay báo hết phòng cũng không 1 câu xin lỗi, hết phòng nhưng không gọi điện thoại lấy 1 tiếng cho khách để khách vào thế ngủ ngoài đường vì cuối tuần, mình thừa biết homestay còn phòng nhưng vì mình đặt trên app rẻ hơn, mình đặgt lại cuối tuần nữa nên homestay giữ phòng để cho thuê ngoài cho được nhiều tiền giá lại cao. Làm dịch vụ mà không có tâm vậy thì không nên làm đâu ạ. Muốn để giành phòng cũng đuọc nhưng nên báo khách lấy 1 câu hoặc xin lỗi lấy 1 tiếng nhưng không hề có. M thấy thật tệ
