It's a shame I didn't get soap and toiletries, at least they would have given me soap...and there were only 2 guests but I was only given 1 towel and it was really small. It's not bad if it's just for sleeping.

There was no soap. The door didn't close tightly. The bathroom was mossy, rusty, and smelled bad. There were lots of things scattered around near the room. By the way, the hotel was scary, making it a nightmare (haunted).

The hotel is not recommended to female solo traveler.

The initial check-in was safe and there was no problem, but when I entered the room there were no towels, I asked the receptionist but she answered "still not?" in my heart why not, that's the room facility. The bathroom is slippery and be careful with the shower, it switches between hot blue and cold red. The male receptionist is not very friendly, the female one is friendly. If it wasn't high season, I wouldn't have taken this hotel, because all the hotels were full.

The room is spacious, the mattress is loose when you sleep, the bathroom smells of urine and is a bit slippery, the table and cupboard are dusty, the room has a sawang. The AC is cold, the TV is okay, the WiFi is fast.

The location is good, very close to Tugu Jogja, but the bathroom is dirty & the room AC doesn't work, it's really hot.

Pelayanan bagus dan tapi sangat disayangkan kamarnya kotor, AC rusak, TV juga sama kabel antena tidak berfungsi kasurnya juga bad sekali tidak nyaman buat tidur.
