stayed and checked out the day before the Bali flash flood on September 10th.. I was sad when I saw a lot of news on social media showing the Episode Hotel being hit by floods.. even though the hotel is very nice.. the rooms are big and beautiful.. the location is very strategic.. the staff are friendly.. our family's first experience staying there was very satisfying.. and we have planned to stay there again later... keep up the good work, Episode Hotel.. keep up the good work, Bali.. we are sure your beauty will not be lost just because of the flood.. get well soon.. Always stay here because it is close to the airport, mall and in the middle of the city strategic to go anywhere. Breakfast is quite varied and tasty, it's just that it's often crowded and there's a queue. The room is small but enough to sleep and take a shower, don't stay long in the room.

Stayed at this hotel for staycation, several times always satisfying and enjoyable, clean swimming pool, varied breakfast food, friendly staff, clean and fragrant hotel environment. Fast check in check out... Recommend.

The receptionist was gouging the price and the bathroom was just glass, regretted staying at this hotel.

Spending 9 days in this hotel was quite enjoyable, strategic location with direct access to Mall Galeria Bali, nice swimming pool, spacious room (we used Family Suite room type), delicious breakfast (bakery variants are very good), not to forget the pleasant service (thank you for the anniversary surprise). Our wife and twins really enjoyed it. Minor improvements only on internet / wifi facilities, need improvement so that usage can be more stable. Next time will be back.

Staying at Episode was the best stay experience while in Bali. All the staff were friendly, even the security was very helpful especially for parking. Indeed, their parking is quite limited, but the security was quick to help. Just to note, some of the hotel properties are lacking in maintenance such as the sink faucet was a little broken (wobbly). Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. Everything tasted delicious. The pastries were top-notch. You must try the croissants and Danish. Good job and thank you Episode.

All staff are friendly and fast. The check-in process is fast. Request for an iron is immediately delivered to the room complete with a table. We are in the Loft room, the room above is very hot. Maybe because it is directly on the roof, so it is very hot. Even though the AC is on, it is still stuffy until night. The stairs to the upper room are also narrow and very high. The bathroom and closet are separated. It just makes it very cramped. But overall the room is clean and complete, because there is a hair dryer. for breakfast there is not much variety. we arrived at 7, the food was almost finished. and the spilled rice around the containers was not cleaned. so what's the impression? The spa is on the lowest floor. the staff are friendly. basically I am happy to stay 2 nights here
