Overall, it's good, it's appropriate for the price of the hotel. Thank you for the staff and management's quick response to my complaint. And thank you for the compensation provided. One suggestion I have for the cleaning staff is that mishearing a hotel room number can have fatal consequences, so make it a habit to ask the receptionist to repeat the room number so that it doesn't happen again in the future like what happened to me. Thank you.

The atmosphere is beautiful enough to relax. It's a shame there's no handle in the bathroom because I'm in a wheelchair. It would be better if there was a handle to hold onto when you get up from the chair. The food is quite good but lacks variety. Overall... it's enough to enjoy a short vacation.

Overall good, but disappointed with the toilet which is yellow and not cleaned properly (like thick moss but yellow/room 205) a bit uncomfortable to use The food in the restaurant is not refilled quickly when it is almost finished Hopefully it can be better in the future

the only hotel in Temanggung with a decent pool. but for a good hotel, the TV doesn't have a smart TV yet. the price is affordable, but the facilities still need to be upgraded, the towels are not very clean, there are only 2 pillows, the sink is outside the bathroom so the room is a bit muddy, need an additional mat.
