Oke, not bad for holiday and work

The staff is quite friendly and helpful, but the hotel is very difficult to find because it is hidden and there is no sign in front. If possible, there should be a sign in front so it is easy to find. From next to Patra Hotel, there should also be a sign.

The staff are friendly and nice. The hotel is okay.

Anyway, I was satisfied staying here for 3 nights. Next trip, that's all.

The location is right in the Pratunam area. At first, I was confused about finding the hotel because it's in an alley and there's no sign. The entrance to the alley is right in front of One Food Center. The room for three is quite spacious and comfortable. There are a lot of people smoking marijuana in the alley, so the smell is strong and gives you a headache.

The room is nice and clean, but it's too small for that price.

In short, if you need a comfortable room, this is the perfect choice 🤩

There were a lot of cockroaches in the room, running around, passing the cups, the glasses, the beds. Already complain, the solution was spraying insect spray but cockroaches are still running around. The hot water for shower was broken but the hotel immediately change the device, however they didn't clean the debris on the floor so it was very dirty after the change the device. Disappointed? of course i was. Hopefully the hotel will improve in the near future.

This hotel is highly recommended if you're looking to stay near Pratunam. The location is strategic, especially for those looking to be close to Platinum, December, Big C, and Central World. If I were to visit Bangkok again, I would definitely stay here again.

Everything so convenient in this hotel, in my first holiday at pratunam i recommend this hotel. The amenities all good (except tooth brushes).

Good and close to places to buy food and souvenirs

The facilities are commensurate with the price. The room is clean and quite spacious for a double size, the room is aesthetic, the bed is soft, the room facilities have a mini bar, the bathroom is also good, the hot water runs well, the water flows smoothly, the shower works smoothly, the hotel is near Pratunam Market, in front of the hotel there are many halal foods, if you want to go to the city center like Central World you can reach it on foot, the MRT can also be reached on foot, shopping for souvenirs is all there because it is close to the shopping center, snacks are all complete, if you want to go to other destinations the option to take Grab is also easy. The point is access to everywhere is easy. The hotel is a bit in an alley but it is not a problem because it is only about 40 meters directly to the main road. Stayed at the De Lavender Hotel which was definitely very pleasant, originally booked for five days because it was extended to 9 days, when checking in it was easy but had to prepare 1000 baht for a deposit and was returned when checking Outlook, check out was also fast, the hotel staff were friendly, if there was anything that was not right, just complain and the staff acted quickly. Everything was good, if I go to Bangkok again, I want to stay here again. If asked what the score would be, I would definitely give it 9.9. thanks traveloka thanks de lavender hote.

We enjoy the street food around the hotel, the rooms are clean, and there is a spa at the lobby.
