Friendly staff, we were supposed to check out at 12pm but because we didn't get back until 4pm, the homestay owner still let us check out late and didn't charge any extra fees.

The owners are very enthusiastic and friendly, delicious breakfast, clean swimming pool. The location is quite close to tourist attractions. The night I stayed at the last meal, there was a power outage, but the owner handled it quite quickly. I will return to stay if I have the opportunity to travel to Ninh Binh.

Anh chị chủ rất là dễ thương luôn. Phòng sạch và tiện nghi, có cả nước, bánh, trà, cafe nữa. Bữa sáng mình chọn phở, ăn cũng khá ok. Nói chung là tốt, trừ việc nước có mùi clo, chắc là nước đá vôi, nhưng cũng không ảnh hưởng lắm. Recommend nha!

Anh chị chủ rất thân thiện, bọn mình vừa đến thì được giới thiệu những chỗ tham quan du lịch nổi tiếng bằng map anh chị in ra sẵn và hướng dẫn đường đi, đợt mình đến may nhờ chị chủ chia sẻ mới biết tối đó phố cổ hoa lư có Lễ hội di sản văn hoá để đến tham quan. Homestay chủ yếu khách nước ngoài nhiều nên yên tĩnh, thích hợp nghỉ ngơi thư giãn. Có hồ bơi, bàn bi da, phòng ốc sạch sẽ. Homestay có bán luôn đồ ăn và nước ép. Phòng mình book đã bao gồm ăn sáng. không phải buffet, mỗi người một món nhưng vẫn chuẩn bị rất đầy đủ cả cà phê, sữa đặc, sữa tươi và nước ép tại quầy dùng thoải mái. Bữa sáng còn kèm thêm trái cây và mỗi người một hộp sữa chua nữa. Mình đặt phòng 4, nhưng có thêm 1 bé nhỏ. Chị chủ phụ thu 100k đã bao gồm ăn sáng luôn. Với mình thì thấy dịch vụ ở đây rất ổn áp, gần tất cả địa điểm tham quan, chỉ là buổi tối chạy về từ phố cổ đường vắng và hơi tối, nên đi nhiều người cho an toàn.
