Our family has repeatedly chosen/stayed at the Harris Hotel whenever we're out of town (where there's a Harris Hotel). We chose the Harris Hotel because it has a strong family-friendly image in our family. However, our New Year's vacation at the Harris Hotel Solo was ruined by the extremely unfriendly and unhelpful behavior of a member of staff at check-in.

There are many activities for children at this hotel.

The staff is very friendly.. And the rooms are clean, there is a playground for children.. The television channels are not complete enough.

I booked 2 connecting rooms. I checked in around 2 PM. During check-in, I was informed that towels were not yet available due to a laundry delay. After entering the room, I called the receptionist 3 times to ask for towels. I just left. Until Maghrib prayer time and my family and I had to take a shower, towels were not yet available. It was a real shame.

The hotel staff was very friendly, check in was quite fast and helpful.

The hotel is strategically located and clean, with no fuss. The hotel lobby needs some renovation to create an exclusive and luxurious atmosphere. Currently, there are no chairs or tables for chatting while waiting.

lucky us, got room with railway view. Kids very happy. Staffs are so patient, breakfast have so many variant. worth to stay here ❤️
