Staying at the Janevalla Hotel made things easier for me because check-in and check-out were done according to arrival and it had easy access to the Unpas postgraduate campus. Coincidentally, I had an activity on campus in the morning. I arrived at the hotel from Tangerang on Thursday night. I didn't have to worry about missing the event and could still rest comfortably.

All the staff are very friendly, yesterday I left something behind and asked for it to be packaged, but instead the staff named Tasya gave me free shipping. Thank you Sis for your hospitality. I was very satisfied staying at Janevalla Bandung.

The best part is the 24-hour stay service at this hotel. The location is very strategic, easily accessible, close to shopping and culinary centers, and close to the city center. The rooms are very clean, tidy, and comfortable, with complete amenities. The interior is unique and modern. The pool and lounge area are comfortable. Highly recommended for a staycation.

Janevalla Bandung has always been my top choice whenever I plan a staycation in the city. I recently stayed there again, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the food menu has been upgraded—the selections were great, and everything tasted delicious. The room ambience remains just as cozy and stylish as ever, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The service is consistently excellent—the staff are always friendly, polite, and very attentive. I think the front office team even recognizes me by now since I’ve stayed here several times! Overall, Janevalla Bandung never fails to impress. I always recommend this hotel to friends visiting Bandung—it’s truly a fantastic place to stay! This hotel is geared towards young urbanites. It looks like it's only for a one or two-day stay. The advantage is its proximity to the city center.

One of my favorite hotel in Bandung, but unfortunately during this period I have an issue with water heater. Complaint submitted but unfortunately no action from maintenance

It could be an option for the next step, it's really great, it's open 24 hours, no gimmicks, but you do have to be a little patient waiting for the room to be ready, around 10-20 minutes, but it's worth it because it's 24 hours, you can check in anytime. However, the lobby is so fragrant that it makes you dizzy haha

Highly recommended, close to everything. The service is good. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The rooftop is the best!! The swimming pool is really great.
