Staf nya tidak begitu ramah. Kamar tidak bersih. Pada saat check-in kamar baru di cek dan hanya di semprot pewangi. AC tidak dingin. Kamar mandi kotor. Ruangan super super kotor. Nginep 1 malam dan tidak bisa tidur karena spreinya. Saya punya kulit sensitif dan pada akhirnya tidak bisa tidur karena badan sudah mulai bentol-bentol merah gatal seperti alergi.
