First time in Surabaya and first time staying at this hotel. It's pretty good. I upgraded from superior to deluxe for an additional 45,000 Rupiah to get a view, even though it's just a garden. It's right above a mall that's very busy from morning to night. Breakfast is also good. Maybe a suggestion is to make the bathroom smell a little better. Otherwise, it's fine.

The rooms were clean, and the service was friendly and prompt. The location is excellent, as there's a mall directly below the hotel. The only downside is the parking, which is far from the hotel. The hotel is on the 5th floor, but parking is on the ground floor, making it difficult to move your belongings.

The staff are very welcoming, those on duty at the Front Office, both those on morning and night shifts, the location is really good inside the mall, easy access to everywhere, good AC, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, the room size is really good... The price is very affordable, if there is a chance, I will definitely come back to Choice Hotel again...
