Clean room, near the beach, just a walk away, enthusiastic and attentive staff

The toilet smells like a septic tank, the surrounding area smells like rotten seafood. The wardrobe is moldy. My family is easy-going but still can't stand it. Not worth the price at all.

The hotel should review the hygiene and service issues. The room is very dirty, the locker, the floor... the receptionist is a bit old and quite unpleasant with guests, this is really the first time I have had such a bad experience.

Honestly! This hotel is old, the quality has gone down and one special thing is that the owner of this hotel has REGIONAL DISCRIMINATION, speaks in a condescending manner, looking down on the people from the provinces who rent rooms there.

It's true that going out and bringing back frustration, my family is easy-going, the mattress is dirty, the air conditioner takes half a day to cool down, the refrigerator is broken, there is no hair dryer, the wardrobe is rickety,... but all of that we can overlook except that we arrived at 8am that day, they gave us the room card to check in early without telling us in advance about any additional charges, while we just put our things in the room and left, checking in early was not necessary for us but because the hotel gave it to us without saying anything, we thought that the room was checked out early so we could check in early, only when we checked out did they say we had to pay an additional fee for early check-in, it really made me angry, if we had to pay that price, we could have rented a much better hotel. That is, because they charged extra without saying anything until we checked out, isn't that no different from herding chickens?
