Sebudget-budgetnya hotel saya rasa kebersihan itu penting di manapun. Karena saya selalu membersihkan kamar dari sampah-sampah yang saya buat. Masuk toilet sudah ada sampah. Tolong diperbaiki lah pak.

Staf tidak ramah. Ketika diminta untuk membenarkan saluran TV, dijawab dengan anggukan sambil melakukan pangilan telpon tapi tidak dilakukan hingga 1 jam lamanya.
