During the check-in and check-out process, all the staff were very friendly and kind🥰. The breakfast menu was also delicious, it had a good taste and the staff at the restaurant were also friendly.. I will book there again next time.. The price is also not expensive.. This is an honest review🥰🥰🙏🙏

Staff hotel ramah, view the best

My kids and I really enjoyed our vacation. The view from our room was beautiful. The hotel staff were kind and friendly. The food was delicious too. Thank you. We'll definitely be back on vacation and staying at the Kledung Pass Hotel again someday.

A nice place to stay for a while. Near the main road, clean room, polite staff, cool atmosphere. Next will be here again.

Good access on the side of the road, ample parking, friendly staff, spacious rooms with terraces perfect for enjoying the view. The bathrooms could use some renovation. There's a bathtub, but the heater doesn't work well. Breakfast might be a bit incomplete, and the menu isn't suitable for children.

friendly hotel staff, the hotel atmosphere is very comfortable and peaceful. the view from the front is Mount Sumbing and the view from behind is Mount Sindoro. It is also child-friendly because there are many playgrounds for children. highly recommended for staying or family events there because the area is large. next time you can stay there with your family.

Location on the main roadside, clean, comfortable, affordable, originally wanted to stay for 1 night but ended up extending because it was comfortable, cold, foggy. The view from the balcony is nice, there is a playground for the little ones but unfortunately the swimming pool is under repair. Recommended 👍🏻

Sempat pindah kamar karena bathup tdk berfungsi dan keran air panas/dingin rusak. Tapi staff sangat ramah dan lgs menyarankan kamar lain di lantai yg sama yg lebih proper. Saat berbuka puasa, dapat free in-room dining full set iftar. Tetapi saat sarapan variasi menunya kurang, hanya nasgor dan rawon, orange juice, teh dan buah. Tidak ada telur ceplok/dadar/omelet ala hotel² sejenis, ataupun roti²an, sereal, sosis, dsb. Walaupun demikian, rasa masakan disini enak² dan worth it. Udaranya jg dingin, sehingga tidak perlu AC. Mandi air hangat sangat diperlukan. Dari lantai 2 bagian depan dapat melihat gunung, dan dr halaman belakang jg dapat melihat gunung, karna hotel ini berada ditengah kaki gunung sindoro/sumbing.

Lokasi strategis, tempat luas, pemandangan bagus. Kebersihan kamar kurang, kebersihan kamar mandi kurang. Tempat tidur cukup nyaman. Pegawai ramah.
