This is the worst villa I have ever booked on Traveloka. I bought it for 2 days straight because of the long weekend. The price has skyrocketed because of the long weekend. When I got there, the bathroom was dirty and worn out, even the end of the faucet hose went into the toilet. There was no AC. 1 fan didn't turn on. The TV had no antenna. No WiFi. There was definitely no karaoke. I've been patient. In the morning the water was off, I couldn't take a shower, I was told to wait for the tank to fill up for 1 hour until 1/4 of a dipper came out. I called and called the owner but he didn't pick up. I even asked for a refund on the 2nd day. He said I was told to contact Traveloka directly. I've submitted it to Traveloka and now Traveloka's answer is still waiting for confirmation from the owner. Even though the owner said Traveloka didn't contact him. It seems like he's the one who owns it. Just take the money, Mbak Anisa, the wisdom is enough to buy a fan and antenna, right? Remember, Mbak, money that is not yours will never end well.

This villa is very comfortable, complete and clean facilities. Can sleep well as if at home. Next time if you go to Malang you want to come back here, thanks.
