Feels like home.. The staff are friendly.. Clean.. Close to the food area and city center, Pangkalpinang square is not too far from the airport access.

The hotel's toilet smells really bad. I've moved but it's still the same, but a little better. The toilet smell spreads to the room.

Very much loving my stays here. The staffs are nice and accomodating our needs. However the hallways seems a little bit dark (we stay at fl.5 on the smoking area). But the rooms ambience says the other way. Would definitely choose this hotel over and over again.
