The room is comfortable, close to the train station, easy to travel, and the breakfast is very delicious with a variety to choose from.

The hotel experience was good but the water in the bathroom sink was weak.

Everything is ok, friendly staff, I stayed for 5 nights but the housekeeping staff only changed the towels and folded the blankets. They didn't empty the toilet. One more thing, because this was my first time in Bangkok, I booked this hotel quite far from the center, about 8-10km.

Good room, delicious breakfast and I really like the smell of UHG hotels. Both places I stayed were fragrant. I love it so much. Everything is great. The view from the room is of both the swimming pool and BTS. Most importantly, the hotel is located very well. It is near Central Ladprao, Union Mall, and it is also connected to MRT Phahon Yothin Exit 1. It is very convenient and easy to get to the airport. The first time I stayed there, I was very impressed. I will go back to stay again when I have a chance.

Nice staff. Good value with breakfast included. Super convenient location across the street from MRT, mall. One drawback was the moldy smell from the aircon.
