Alhamdulillah, I can return to this inn. My impression remains the same, always happy and comfortable because we can have 2 families staying. All the rooms are clean, the bathrooms are clean, there is a kitchen and cutlery, a parking lot and a room to watch together. besides that, for those who really like culinary that is currently viral, we can walk 400 meters to Pasar Ngasem in the morning. to the Palace is less than 1 KM, and to Malioboro is less than 2 KM. suitable as a choice for 2-4 families, or groups of work friends, college or relatives staying here. 👍

To be honest, I am very impressed with the facilities and comfort provided by this homestay. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a functional kitchen. Everything is clean, neat, cold AC, comfortable mattress, living room equipped with pay TV. Add more locations near stalls, places to eat, batik souvenirs, markets, and others. For me, with the price given, very satisfying.

It needs repair. When the gallon of water came, it was about to run out, the tv room had no curtains, so we had to wear a sarong to cover the window.

The place is very strategic in the middle of the square in Yogyakarta, this house fits 8 adults and even more, the bed is large and comfortable. To improve the quality of the TV room windows and side doors it is better to install curtains and homeowners must ensure that water is always available. Overall it's a good place to stay.

Pros: +city center, close to everywhere +cozy rooms, many rooms at affordable price +stable internet connection/ wifi +has cable tv cons: -no privacy, no curtain in living room, all people from outside may watch us inside. Pipe water often died. Once the water didn't flow until night and the owner told us to use water from near mosque. How nice. The owner and house guardian live far away, so they can hardly be asked for help.Water leaking in sink. Water leaking from ceilings. Garbage is not cleaned out, house guardian told us to throw the garbage out by ourselves. Lovely.
