The staff was lazy and didn't want to clean the room. We stayed for 9 nights and only cleaned it once with vinegar. Otherwise, it was good.

Please retrain the housekeeping staff. The housekeeping staff never cleans the room unless asked. Stayed here for 3 weeks and only cleaned it 3 times and even then had to be asked. The toilet bowl is yellow, behind the sink tap is mossy. The linen and towels are dirty and the inner bed cover in room 112 is damp and it looks like there are bedbugs because my skin is itchy from bedbug bites while sleeping here, it was still itchy for a week and I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with bedbug bites. The refrigerator in the shared kitchen smells bad, items in the refrigerator that are no longer used must be thrown away and cleaned, the housekeeping is not diligent. I stayed in room 112, the sliding door was problematic. The swimming pool is very green, please pay attention to the pool water and the PH of the pool water. Please retrain the housekeeping staff. Buy cleaning products specifically for villas or hotels to clean your hotel. The hotel is big, it would be a shame if it is not maintained and cared for properly.

The hotel is unclean. I never gave the swimming pool much thought cus it ' s green instead of clear blue water. The staffs are so lazy and unfriendly. They're just sitting at the back of the reception area, napping. Also the bathroom stinks so bad. They didn't clean the room until we asked for it. The side pool with the lounge bed area is filthy with trash from guests every morning cus they neglected to clean the common area right away. The kitchen? I won't even begin to talk about it. Horrible.

Recommended place! Very worth it with its very affordable price. Although I only stayed here for 1 night and even checked in at night, I was very happy with the room. Very spacious, clean, the bed is soft and comfortable, the AC is cold, the hot water in the bathroom works well, the toiletries are complete and most importantly it's a quite place! So sleeping is comfortable ☺ Very suitable for those who want to stay long in Bali, very satisfied and will recommend this place to my friends. Definitely will comeback again!

Overall it's good, but minus the lack of aminities and the towels are already faded and the color should be replaced, luckily you brought your own towel. The service staff is very nice. Special Thankyou to the lovely Bli Agus who has served us with many requests. ☺️

The place is comfortable because it's quite quiet, so it's nice to rest after a day outside. The service was also ok, the staff were friendly and fast when we arrived and immediately wanted to rent a motorbike, plus we were given a new motorbike with a red plate 😅👍. The room is very spacious. There is a dispenser in the room. The bathroom is also very spacious. But the water can't be warm. It can only be hot or cold. Strategic location, in front of Indomaret. Close to Canggu. There are also many choices for coffee shops or places to eat.

Overall the room is OK. Quite spacious. But the sheets had blood stains on them and other stains, and so were the towels. They should really consider getting new sheets and towels. The male staff was there but didn't even bother helping me with my big lugagge even when he was I was struggling w.

Untuk penginapan ini memiliki diskriminasi untuk customer lokal dengan customer mancanegara. Sebenarnya lokasi bagus, kamar juga bagus sesuai harga, namun kecewa untuk dengan hospitalitynya.
