Penginapan ini sangat nyaman, bersih, pelayanan sangat ramah, fasilitas kamar ada ac, air panas, toilet dalam, kopi dan teh bisa buat sendiri karena sudah disiapkan bahannya. Bahkan saat baru tiba di penginapan sudah malam, harus mencari keperluan mahasiswa baru, pemilik penginapan membantu mencari keperluan tersebut dengan menggunakan mobil pribadinya, dan begitu diberi uang bensin, tidak mau. Semoga rejeki lancar, recomonded untuk tempat nginap yang akan ke yogya.
