This is the umpteenth time my wife and I have stayed there and it has never disappointed us… The service is excellent.

I didn't feel the the wifi not working well. It is so terrible for me. And the food variety was so so minimal. No more choice.

Good hotel in the city center. There's not much else to do or see in Maumere, but it's a good choice for an overnight stay before or after a flight!

Staff did not deliver to the room. AC remote was not provided, had to be requested first. Room door was difficult to open.

The breakfast menu is a buffet system, but it is still very minimal.

The hotel is comfortable, there is a swimming pool, it's not too big, the rooms are also nice and clean, the restaurant is a shame, there are lots of flies at breakfast so it's not comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The electricity went out in the evening. It came on. It went out again. The room next door was the same. Given the option to move rooms at 10:00 already wanted to check out. Ordered food delivery at the receptionist, called the room and said no one answered. In fact, no calls came in. The electricity went out too, they said the PLN meter was having problems. It's bad, it's 500 thousand.

Comfortable when you enter the room area, pool area, the lobby & restaurant area is a bit less convincing, breakfast. Well. Rather than not having any.

The hotel room air conditioner is not cold enough, both day and night.
