Overprice, don't expect more. Amenities are really sober. The water heater doesn't work optimally, suddenly the water gets cold. Some of the kitchenettes are also not suitable for use, there is no ice tube available. The master bedroom is almost full of glass space, and only closed by curtains. Mattresses, pillows, and bed covers are quite soft, comfortable for resting, standard. The place is rich in the middle of a residential complex, parking is enough for 1-2 cars.

Everything is nice and comfort. Except, the volume of hot water for the size of 1 family of 5 people has to wait a long time and take turns. And the middle glass baffle is difficult to move.

I really like staying here, very close to the transport museum, the swimming pool is just right, the location is quite strategic I thought it would be far from settlements, apparently not, it's easy to access, lots of people selling food through the villa in the afternoon and evening, lots of gofood, too clean, not noisy, there is karaoke, there is wifi too, the bedroom faces the pool so my favorite spot, one more thing. The admin is friendly and cooperative

But sorry, a suggestion to think about, that the main room is near the front porch, this morning around 5.20, the front terrace was really crowded, there were other villa residents taking photos of the front of the main room, very disturbing, because it was crowded, while I have small children also still sleeping. Hot water in the bathroom outside is limited in number, the water is also like a filling system to the tank. We stayed 3 nights, so there was 1 day we suddenly returned to the villa in the afternoon to take a shower first, it turns out, suddenly the water died / finished 😅. Wait for the contents again long enough. In the morning and at night the water is always sufficient. Only hot water if it's difficult to come out early in the morning, I have to cook hot water for bathing. LPG and Aqua Gallon are sufficient, if we are free we are asked to ask, the guardian of the villa also lives next to the house, so it can be delivered immediately if it runs out. Kitchen utensils are quite complete, there are rice cookers, pans, cauldrons, spoons, forks, bowls, plates, cups, cooking oil, sugar, salt, tea bags all available. Dish soap is also available. Bath soap and shampoo plus towels are also provided. Many are selling food, both in the morning and evening, such as fresh milk, yellow rice, poor meatballs, satay etc. So no need to be afraid of starvation, plus go food / go jek services are also very easy with only 3 thousand delivery fees. The location of the villa is very close to Jatim Park 1. Overall it is comfortable and children love to stay at Sunday Villa Batu. Thank you 🙏
