Breakfast time is 7-10 am, we enjoyed the water rides first at the hotel so we didn't have breakfast until 9.30 am, thank God there was still a lot of breakfast, quite varied and tasty, only the fried chicken was too dry so it was a bit hard. Breakfast can be delivered to the room, but it's better to eat on site with a direct view of Mount Guntur

The room is large with 2 king-size beds, enough for 4 people, the restaurant with views of Mount Cikuray and Mount Batur adds to the comfortable impression.

The room is nice, but the water is warm, not hot, there are lots of food around the hotel, the room is clean, the breakfast is just so-so, there are only a few variations, worth trying for a staycation

Not the first but not the last... The holiday here was very enjoyable.

I booked a VIP hotel on the 2nd floor with 2 beds for 4 adult guests + breakfast + waterboon..we were on vacation with 6 people, 4 adults, 1 child aged 3 years and 1 child aged 10 years. There was no charge for the room, only for breakfast, there was a charge of 50,000 for the 10 year old child...the water was not that hot, but very hot. The service was friendly and access to the swimming pool was also free.

Staying here with my family was so enjoyable, the kids didn't want to leave, haha. Pros: 1. The price is relatively affordable considering the facilities provided. 2. Ample parking and prompt staff. 3. Check-in is easy and fast. 4. The room is spacious and clean, with a balcony overlooking the pool (I booked a VIP room). 5. There's a hot tub in the room, so the kids can have even more fun playing in the water. 6. Strategic location, close to the city center and tourist attractions around Cipanas. What still needs upgrading: 1. The faucet and shower in the bathroom seem to need repair/updated as the shower doesn't drain smoothly. 2. There are mosquitoes in the room, possibly because the balcony opens, allowing mosquitoes to enter, and the room is a bit damp due to the proximity to the pool. 3. The restaurant's amenities need to be improved, as some of the chairs and tablecloths look outdated, making them a bit unsightly. There are also no baby chairs available for families with babies. 4. The breakfast menu lacks variety and the taste needs improvement. Yesterday, fresh vegetables were provided, but they didn't match the main course, and there was no chili sauce either. 5. The pool at the water park wasn't heated, only a small portion, perhaps close to the hot spring, was heated. However, the children's pool had cold water, making it uncomfortable for the kids. Overall, it's okay, and don't hesitate to stay at Tirta Kencana with your family!

4th time here, still the best choice. Sorry I often complain, and the staff are quick.

Everything is okay.. yesterday I got room 209.. the service is okay, the room is comfortable and clean, practically hassle-free because it includes wifi, breakfast and entrance to the waterboom.. you could say it's a very family-friendly hotel.. next trip to Garut I think I'll go to Tirta Kencana again 😇

The pool isn't very warm, but the water is quite clean. The slides seem poorly maintained. The room was quite comfortable, with cool air conditioning. Breakfast, although not a wide selection, was delicious. Overall, it was good.

The location is quite easy to find, and the receptionist greeted us warmly. Check-in was easy, with a 50,000 IDR deposit or ID card payment. Several attendants were very helpful with carrying bags and suitcases. I stayed in a VIP room in the corner of the second floor. My first impression was that the room was quite nice, but upon checking the floor, there were still some dirty spots that hadn't been mopped (photo attached). I found other facilities to be quite functional, including the AC, water heater, and hair dryer. Because of the corner room, the Wi-Fi was difficult to get, but everything worked except the flush. The toilet couldn't be flushed, requiring a long wait before it could work. Finally, we usually tuck our key card near the entrance to the room, but this wasn't the case. Breakfast was standard, with a good variety: fried rice, white rice, fried chicken, chicken porridge, fried snacks, cassava, orange and guava juice, and bread. The rest of the hotel's facilities were enjoyable, including swimming in the heated pool, which has a mini water park for both children and adults. Hopefully, they can continue to improve.

The swimming pool at Villa Legian 2 is really worth it, the water is clean and warm. There was a slight problem when I wanted to check out, the water in the bathroom was turned off. After informing the staff, it was immediately followed up. Thank you. Oh yes, one more input, please pay more attention to cleanliness and improve it. Apart from that, everything is very good.
