Currently, the hotel's policy is to refund 100% of the excess money to customers after canceling the booking, but the refund must meet the following criteria:
+ Time to notify cancellation: At least 3 nights in advance for holidays or peak periods, 1 night before normal days
+ Remaining stay time: Must have 90-100% of the remaining time of the day (cancellation from 12:00 ~ 14:00) on the day
+ Booking platform: Are direct bookings at the hotel, not through a third party (because booking through a third party, the hotel will lose a commission fee) the hotel will still refund when the 2 previous conditions are met, but will refund at the corresponding level after deducting the commission
Therefore, if you book and pay through Traveloka, stay until 18:00 on the same day, it will not meet the criteria for a refund stay, hope you understand.
