In general the apartment is quite clean, access to the mall, view of the swimming pool and can use all the facilities of the apartment. The internet is fast and there is cable TV in the living room. But what needs to be improved in the bedroom is the pillow is old, smelly and needs to be replaced, the duvet is not given a duvet cover so it is less comfortable. The sound of exhaust in the bathroom is very loud, the sofa cover in the living room needs to be replaced because of many stains. Unfortunately the TV in the bedroom and washing machine was broken. Cutlery is incomplete and somewhat dirty so I had to wash it again. There is no knife in the kitchen (fortunately I brought my own knife: D), but cooking utensils are provided. The unit was only cleaned when checking in and checking out so we had to clean it ourselves. Items such as towels and toilet paper are not provided with a backup, so if you stay long, we are a bit troublesome. Communication with staff is smooth and good.
