The hotel is near the center, convenient to move when getting medical examination (850m from the hospital sr-ct-kst) or visiting Quy Nhon (about 1.5 km from the beach), cheap room rates. Staff is quite friendly and enthusiastic. The room is clean, the room has a airy double bed with a window opening to the skylight, but the soundproofing is not very good, going out in the hallway can still hear the sound in the room. Drink prices are quite close to outside prices. Everything is ok.
