Very strategic location, less than 5 minutes walk to the Commuter Line, MRT and Trans Jakarta stations

It's sufficient for transit during a business trip. While the shower room is okay, there's a problem with the lack of soap and water, which reportedly means you can't shower at night.

The city center hotel is very close to the station to the airport, the price is also affordable, the only minus is the room is small for a family tour, if it's a single tour, this is really great

It was beyond expectation. The staff was friendly and very helpful since the first arrival, the check in process was easy and fast, the room/capsule was very comfortable, and the bathroom was far from dirty/filthy. Recommended 👍🏻

It just so happened that there was a problem with the water pump, which was a perfect coincidence. But so far I like staying here.

Not recomended! Malam pertama saya menginap di type room box. Toiletnya kalau di flush airnya menguap. Jadi Kuala Lumpur bab tidak bisa di flush. Ada 2 WC keduanya sama. Di dalam shower hanya ada 1 gantungan baju tanpa ada tempat untuk kita menaruh toiletris. Sehingga mandi sangat tidak nyaman krn bingung menaruh peralatan mandi. Kasurnya keras banget kaya kayu. Awalnya saya tidak berniat menulis review ini. Namun. Yang paling membuat saya marah adalah. Hari ke 2 saya pindah ke type kapsul karena saya hanya akan stay sebentar saja. Sebelum saya membayar saya sudah tanya apakah sy bs mendapatlan kapsul yg di bawah. Dan semua yg ada di reception bilang bisa. Saya sudah request dan memastikan skali lagi bahwa sy bs di capsul yg bawah. Lalu sy bayar dan sy pergi dan koper berada di concierge. Sekitar jam 1 pagi sy datang dan check in sy kecewa skali ternyata saya dapat kapsul yg diatas! Padahal sy kesulitan naik turun tangga karena kaki saya sedang sakit dan saya akan sering ke kamar mandi di tengah malam. Sayangnya sy datang di jam 1 malam dimana sy sudah tidak mampu lagi pindah hotel! Duh kecewa banget banget banget! Kuala Lumpur tau gak bisa lebih baik saya tidak pindah kamar atau bahkan sy akan pindah hotel. Amat sangat kecewa!

actually the location is quite good. but there are some points that make me uncomfortable. 1. I happened to check in at 13.00 but was still not allowed on the grounds that the check-in time was at 14.00 and what was less suitable to hear was because the staff said that if you want to check in at that time, you will be charged 100 thousand which is half the price of the room. 2. the shower water is very small and not suitable for bathing. 3. The AC in the capsule room was turned off around 3 am. as a result I sweated in the capsule and checked out at 6 am.

the mainstay capsule hotel when you are visiting the city center, the capsule rooms for women and men are separated. clean rooms, clean pantry, complete clean toiletries. the capsule bathroom on the 2nd floor, the women's one at the end, seems to need repairs, the hot water tap is dead and there is no soap, maybe if it is not for use, a sign can be given. there is a prayer room. there is an outdoor area

The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and access everywhere is really easy.

The toilet in the bathroom in room 2 is very dirty, the shower water is very small, making it very difficult to take a shower, there is no hot water either, the pod room is not soundproof, the sound from the next room can be heard very clearly in the other rooms.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, the staff are friendly and there are lots of food stalls around.
