Very bad service attitude, very dirty room

I booked a room at 10pm, and paid for the room for more than 800k, then at 1am I got there and the hotel said they were full, and it seemed like they had rented it to another guest, moving us to a familiar hotel! And the room pictures were extremely bad! While the hotel owner said the room there was like this one! The mattress was hard, the room was moldy, musty, smelly, and old! Extremely bad business practices!

I didn't check in and got my money back after checking in, too bad... the room was dirty, moldy, and poor quality.

The electricity was flickering, the socket was shorted, so I didn't tell the customer to plug it in and blow it up. The room is also bt style, in the morning it's noisy after calling and reminding, it's still noisy from 7am until checkout time. no need to come back.

The filth and uninhabitable filth are too bad and unacceptable

The room is not as described in the app. According to the description, the Suite room is 60m2 wide and has a bathtub. In fact, the hotel assigns room 401 with an area of about 30m2, without a bathtub. Poor quality of room cleaning.

Your reviews was what made my Mind up with. The comments I read were not what I experienced. Office staff good, The building and amenities were 2 star. 4th floor, room 6 No bathroom door handle, dust and hair on the floor near side cupboard. Front door had no secondary door lock or security. There was a few other problems 6.5 would be my over all.

vòng thì chưa dọn , đã khách lên, rồi kêu dọn dum thì dọn còn muốn dợ hơn, cửa khóa không được, nói chung là phòng vừa dơ vừa cũ, không bao giờ quay lại nữa 😓
