Clean hotel and very close to culinary

The receptionist was friendly even though we checked in late at night. For the price, I think it's worth what we get from this hotel. There are tea, coffee, and cups, as well as a 24-hour hot and cold dispenser in the hotel hallway. 2 towels and amenities. 4 pillows. The TV is on with local channels. Strategic location on the main road near the center of Tretes.

The hotel is pretty decent for the price. Perhaps upgrading some of the furniture would be nicer. My room had a rotting bathroom door; perhaps a proper bathroom door could be considered. The food was quite good, and the prices were very reasonable.

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel and surrounding area are safe, and it is easy to access.

worth the affordable price, input for the interior is that it's time to replace some of the rotten things like the bathroom door & small table in the room.

the room is clean. get breakfast in the morning. the food is delicious. and the service is friendly. the place is quiet, good for resting. cool.

hot room, price 215k no AC no fan. VERY DAMP room and very dirty walls, bathroom very dirty walls and roof, given a balcony but the view is a wall (already asked to move but the receptionist said the room that was booked online was like that, NEXT TIME DON'T SELL ONLINE IF IT'S DIFFERENT) Highly Not RECOMMENDED!!

Very strategic and comfortable location for resting

Comfortable. The atmosphere is cool so even a room without AC will definitely be comfortable. Complete facilities, towels, toiletries, tea, coffee, heater, even mats are all available in the room. My suggestion is only that the paintings in the room can be replaced with landscape paintings to add to the natural impression.

It was quite comfortable to stay at Sinergi Hotel, but a small note about the king bed type, it felt like a double bed, so there was something stuck in the middle of the mattress.

Would be more comfortable if AC was provided & no scent of smoke. But overall is fine. Bed & bathroom cleanliness is good enough
