service is not friendly, the blankets are not clean the toilet is not functioning well and dirty.

Staying here felt like sleeping in the worst budget hotel, smelly mattress, moreover the blanket. less friendly service, no smoking area. This type of Islamic lodging is more suitable to be a mosque than a hotel.

This inn is highly recommended. the place is spacious, pretty clean without the AC already cold. there is a TV. cheap rp is not cheap.

Good place to stay in Batu. Clean and worth with the price

Spacious, peaceful place, private bathroom, suitable for a festive stay but not cheap.

If the bed is okay. Same bathroom. But the TV with cable TV often loses its channel, so we can't watch it. no water in the room. no breakfast.

Not bad for that price. The room is also quite clean. It's just that the curtains are not long enough, so it doesn't cover the entire window.

This guest house is actually pretty decent, but the service is less friendly. when we arrived, the receptionist (the bespectacled mothers) were immediately surly and would not allow us to stay overnight on the grounds that my friend and I were the opposite sex who seemed to accuse us of doing despicable things. Even though we already booked two different rooms.

The second day in Batu I decided to continue to stay in this room again. The room is cleaned, even without breakfast but every morning at the reception desk coffee-tea and sachets are provided along with hot and cold water dispensers. The location is on the edge of the main road of Batu, very close to Jatim Park tourism 3. Large car park & close to places to eat. Low budget hotel with great facilities 👍

The room is spacious, the bathroom is clean, the hot water doesn't use long. Towels are provided and there is a TV plus AC. King size mattress type 2 pieces, so it is actually very suitable for large families. It's a shame the bed linen is a bit musty-and-dirty. Looks like the cleanliness of the mattress is somewhat under-paid. The rest 👍

The hotel staff are friendly, the location of the hotel is strategic, the parking lot is less comfortable, the hotel is less clean (front loby, dining room), the rooms are clean, the AC rooms are cold, just there is no window so it's stuffy.

The manager is expensive, smiling, not friendly, loby area like not arranged. spooky room, broken bathroom door.

Your guardian is kind and friendly. the room was decent, two large beds with one single. Use a room that doesn't use air conditioning. but the weather is running out, so no need for air conditioning. Get breakfast with bottled water. 2. But unfortunately, do not know why the pillow smells ill.

The last day on 27th the room was not cleaned and was not given drinking water even though check-out is still 28th.

The bathroom is dirty, there are no curtains (ask for curtains to get a tablecloth and install it yourself), the shower in the bathroom is small. The sheets are dirty when we enter.

Really recommended according to the bag.
