This was one of the best experiences we have had traveling! The staff was so friendly and so nice and willing to help with everything we needed. The breakfasts and dinners were fantastic. The hotel was also an easy two minute walk from Aharen beach and less than that for a walk to the store and island restaurants. Couldn’t recommend this more! We will hopefully make our way back here some day in the future.

A very peaceful stay in an idyllic setting. Kerama Terrace and Aharen is beautiful. The food is delicious The staff are attentive, efficient, polite and very engaging. We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay. The snorkeling is outstanding as well. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

The only thing we did not like is that we wished we had stayed longer. The property provided transportation from the port and to drop us off at the port upon check out. Honda was incredibly helpful, outgoing and kind to us. The property and rooms are clean. A short walk to the main tourist attraction. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We can't thank the staff enough for going above and beyond.

Wir verbrachten eine Woche im Hotel mit Halbpension und fühlten uns sehr wohl und willkommen. Das Zimmer war gut, die Sprudelbadewanne im Badezimmer war super. Das Essen wunderbar. Es gab abends 5 x italienisches Fünfgängemenü (Wahl zwischen Fisch und Fleisch) und 2 x japanisches Essen. Beim Frühstück stand westliches oder japanisches Frühstück zur Auswahl. Die Hotelküche beherrscht beides sehr gut. Das Personal spricht etwas Englisch. Genug gut für unsere Bedürfnisse. Ich empfehle das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter.

Comfortable room. The balcony was equipped with a washing line, but no chairs. Would have preferred an option of bed and breakfast, so we could eat out at other restaurants and chose our meals in tbe evening.

This was quite simply one of my favourite places I have ever stayed. We stayed for 3 days for our honeymoon and had the best time at Kerama Terrace. Although it’s not directly on the water, it is a two minute walk from the most beautiful beach. The outdoor tubs were lovely to relax in after the beach and the overall atmosphere here is pure serenity. The rooms were nice and very clean. The food was outstanding with interesting flavours and the service was absolutely second to none. From the moment they picked us up at the ferry terminal we were well taken care of. The staff are thoughtful and seem to love what they do. I don’t have one bad word to say about this place, it was so lovely.

立地、サービス、食事、設備、客室どれをとっても渡嘉敷ならここ一択だなとなりました。 みつしまで阿波連に着くと、少しも待つことなく送迎がきてくれてホテルの部屋へ荷物も上げてくれます。 お部屋も綺麗で動画配信サービスや、Wi-Fi、シャワーの水圧もしっかり、バスジャグジー、ベランダにも物干し、強めの冷蔵庫は飲み物凍るほど、アメニティもTHANNと豪華で痒いところに手が届くホテルだなと感じました。 また離島とは思えない贅沢に沖縄の素材を使ったイタリアンのコース形式の夕食が絶品でした。アカジンのポワレにアグー豚のロースト、都内のカジュアルフレンチを彷彿とさせるようなクオリティで質の高さに驚かされます。 海遊びをする予定で来ていたので、ビーチタオルの貸し出しや、砂を流せる足洗い場から外ジャグジーで寒い場合はあたたまれて、そこからすぐに個室のシャワー(シャンプー、ボディソープ、タオル有り)も使えて海水の濡れものも洗えるという動線がよく考えられていてとても良かったです。また、チェックアウト後もそこのシャワールームは使わせて貰えるそうなので一泊二日だとしても安心です。ランドリーは洗剤も置いてあって乾燥機も使えるので濡れ物を持ち帰ることも無く済みます。 要確認ではありますが、オプションでレイトチェックアウトが選べたことで私達の場合はアクティビティ後も部屋を広々と使わせて貰えたのでそこも最高でした。 これで朝夕食付きで6万円前後はコスパも◎ 渡嘉敷に来たなら本当にこのホテルおすすめです！

島の中では一番新しく、綺麗な宿でスタッフもフレンドリーで心のこもったサービスでした。 ただ値段があまりにも高く、部屋の広さ、設備、料理のクオリティなどはそれには見合ってない物でした。 スィートに宿泊して、部屋には大きなジャグジーが付いていましたが、強引な詰め込んだのか洗い場が狭く、シャワー浴びるのが困難でした。 食事二食付きですが、残念ながらクオリティはかなり低かったです。半額なら満足度高い宿ですが、梅雨のシーズンで1泊7万となると厳しいです。

主任さんを始めスタッフの方々がとても親身に接して頂きました。 こちらの要望にも迅速に対応して下さり、快適に４日間過ごす事ができました。 最終日にチェックアウトから乗船まで時間がありタクシーで島内を回りましたが、女性ドライバーの方がとても熱心に案内して下さり、勉強になり感謝いたします。 今後とも皆様、健康にお過ごし下さい。 ホテルの繁栄を心より祈念しております。

スタッフの皆さんのサービスが行き届いていて、チェックアウト後もシャワー他施設利用させて頂き大変助かりました。 ごはんも美味しかったですし、お部屋も綺麗でした。 渡嘉敷でマリンスポーツする場合はまた使わせて頂きます！

送迎もあり、食事やアクティビティの説明も丁寧でとても良かったです。 慶良間に行く事があれば、次回も利用させて頂きたいです。 テラスのある部屋じゃなかったのが残念だったのと、フロントに自由に使えるコーヒー等が在れば高額な宿泊費でも十分に満足なオール「5」点でした。
