We had an amazing time at Villa Triana. Excellent condition lovely property. Right in the water front and very close to supermarket and restaurants. Would happily stay there again.

It was a great location close to the sea with a lovely pool. Good bars close by but not too close. Sea 20m away. Little bit stoney so need swim shoes to go in the beautiful sea.

Absolutely loved this stay! Every good review you read is 100% true. The location is amazing, grocery store 2 steps away, bakery, coffee shop, bar, easy parking, great customer service and gorgeous views of the ocean. We will definitely be coming back to stay again. Felt like family.

Enjoy the amazing pool area. The beach is right outside their gate. Beautiful marble staircase.

The Ville Triana is located on the seawalk and has a lovely pool, but once past the exterior the hotel needs some serious care and attention. The shower was so small I could not wash my feet. This was a major distraction. The hair dryer overheated immediately and is clearly a fire hazard; the lighting was very poor; overall the room felt shabby. It was nice to have accessible coffee at all times. The staff was excellent. They gave us very good advice for restaurants nearby and in the Old Town. None of the aforementioned problems were the fault of the staff. The Villa Triana is not walkable to the Old Town. They did not claim to be so this comment is for information only (if it is not obvious from the map).

Very nice place to stay with very nice staff. Air conditioning worked amazingly.

We booked "sea view room" and had no sea view from the room, but only a partial sea view from the balcony which was on the side of the room. Not only we got the sea view, but got stuck with an 'attick style bathroom' where we needed to twist our necks to use the mirror and even more the hairdrier. Towels seemed clean but had rust stains. Hot water enough only for a short shower. Employees though willing to help, but sadly lacking real solutions. Nice seafront location, but we regret not switching to other accomodation. Smell of cigarettes in the ground floor did not help the negative experience. Place with potential but with bad price to quality ratio for now.

Lovely stay at this wonderful location! Very friendly and helpful staff and a great laid back vibe! Easy access by regular and cheap bus or walking to Zadar.

Really brilliant location by the sea front! Beautifully set up so you can enjoy the pool in the lovely garden or step out onto the promenade and bath in the clear waters of the sea!

The property has awesome views. The staff is welcoming and friendly (Loretta was very pleasant, helping and professional). That’s for the good part. The property has a meeting room, fully stacked, and there are no coffee makers in the rooms. But the coffee machine in the advertised “meeting room” was broken and was never fixed throughout our stay. The unfriendly lady owner even removed the electric kettle, siting safety reasons(???).The meeting room got simply locked the day after our arrival and was never accessible. The rooms are well decorated, but the showers are claustrophobic, and the hot water runs out in the middle of showering. Our friends had intermittent hot water in their shower (it would go from weak pressure to a drip). When the owner was notified of the problem, she simply shrugged it off by saying that everyone had the same issue. Stay away from this expensive property and unfriendly owner!

Staff are lovely and the villa is gorgeous. Free parking is 2 minutes walk. Highly recommend.

The place itself is ok but the service is terrible. I received an email after booking to ask what time I will arrive. I responded 11:30/12 and heard nothing so assumed it was ok to arrive at that time. When I arrived there was nobody in sight. I tried calling and ringing multiple doorbells/bell but nobody was there. It waited for TWO hours and it was only because I got in touch with hotels.com who managed to get in touch with somebody that I wasn’t there longer. Also on my departure I needed a cab to the bus station at 5:45am. I enquired about this in the day and was told to ask the person on desk later. I arrived back at 9pm and yet again, nobody to be seen, no cab cards on the table. This meant I had to navigate a list of Croatian cab companies (all in Croatian language) myself. I realise they are a small accommodation but I found the customer care quite awful to be honest and would only recommend staying here if you’ve got extreme patience

Good stay

Beautiful room, very clean. Much larger than expected. Breakfast was great and staff friendly and helpful.

Hotel was clean, staff was very nice and knowledgeable about the area. Not much on site parking but free parking at market up the street.

This property has exceptional service, I had a 14 hour drive from Poland to the hotel; the staff was in continuous communication with me to ensure I would get my room since I arrive at the destination really late. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great costumer service in the area.
