I don't know where to begin the hotel is in center of everything nice underground parking garage and the staff couldn't been any friendly, helpful and caring The reception staffs their where excelent if We are coming back to pienza staying there 💯 percent thanks you so much

Such friendly staff, loved Pienza and the property was such a good location!

Cozy and welcoming hotel in a perfect location near Pienza’s historic center. I could only stay one night out of three due to personal reasons, but I’ll definitely come back on my next visit

This was ou first stay but will not be our last. Wonderful reception and service throughout including breakfast and dinner. The pool is a great dip after a day in Pienza. Covered parking was a good bonus and near laundry and small coop market. AC in family suite was excellent.

Fabulous location just outside the entrance to the main part of town. Property is stylish in an olde worlde way, perfect for relaxation.

The hotel was nice. The woman at the front desk who spoke English was very unfriendly. Seemed very annoyed if we asked questions. We opted to parking in their garage and the woman was pointing right while telling my husband to drive left. She was getting angry that he didn’t know if he should go right or left. Perhaps she needs a refresher course in English in the difference between left and right. Dining and cleaning staff were very nice. Overall the front desk staff was not friendly, except for the lady with white hair.

Good place for road-trip

We enjoyed our stay here. They turn the air conditioning off in the rooms after the end of September so although it was quite hot in our rooms, we didn’t have the option of turning the air on. We asked for fans and they brought us two which was helpful. The breakfast wasn’t the greatest but the overall cleanliness of the hotel and how it looks is really beautiful. It’s also very central to everything and walking distance to the little town if you want to explore.

Excellent location

The hotel is in an excellent location being only a short walk from the city walls. The parking is close by and secure. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was superb The room however did not live up to expectation. It was a classic double, was very austere with no paintings on the bare walls and generally very tired. Needs a complete refit. Sad because otherwise a good stay

Excellent hotel

Hotel San Gregorio is a beautiful property in walking distance to the main street of Pienza. The views and birdsong, the spacious rooms, the friendly staff, and amazing breakfast led us to return on a whim at the end of our journey in Tuscany. We'll return if we're back in Tuscany again. And Pienza really has the best views....

Amazing stay! Everything and more what you need on your Tuscan trip! Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice breakfast, easy and safe parking, everything within the reach! We loved our stay!

the staff was very nice specially at the breakfast area, very nice people, the housekeeping lady was very helpful as well. overall it was great.

Wonderful hotel, good restaurant, staff helpful and friendly

The Pienza is off season and they still have some rooms available which elevator can reach but they arrage me to the coner of building on 3rd floor which no elevator can reach that. Plus there some fly and some small insect at my room. I booked two night hotel but I only stay one night.
