The only odd thing for me was that if I had traveled with my partner.. the see-through glazed glass covering the toilet and shower almost next to the bed made it a little bit odd. No real personal privacy if you're sharing a room like mine.

Good location if you’re out for a night in Liverpool. Only a few min walk from Mathew st and bars.

It was amazing hotel, very friendly staff, great location close to shops, cafes bars and restaurants.

Staff was great

My only issues were that the windows can not be opened ( air con dries the room out and irritated breathing, fresh air is better). The bed was small double fitted against the wall.

WiFi was terrible, staff was subpar, but the location was great.

Stayed in room 803, there was water music playing during the night, gurgling water pipes and some other strange noises, apart from that had a good stay

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable

We had a room without a window. It was bigger than I thought, came with Sky TV. Great shower and perfect for a one night stay.

It was painful watching tv as it kept buffering. Did mention this to reception and someone advised they would look at it for us but when we returned it was still really bad. The sprinkler was also covered in plastic which seemed strange. The hotel location was brilliant and the hotel was certainly popular.

Great location with shops on the doorstep. Quiet rooms with the benefit of a lift.

Great little place, I stayed in one of the smaller rooms, no window but was absolutely great for one night, clean, complementary water, spacious shower for what is considered a small room. modern only single criticism would be there was no plug to charge your phone overnight esp if you like to be on your phone before bed and need to use it as an alarm; plus you want a full battery before setting off in the morning, minor inconvenience. The staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful. Would stay again.
